Agreement and developer contact

These Arctale Terms of Use (EULA) are a legal agreement between you and Twincurrent Studio LLC ("Twincurrent," "we," "us," or "our") for your use of Arctale, including the Arctale iOS app, website, subscriptions, credits, AI-powered story features, creator submission features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

What Arctale is

Arctale is an AI-native interactive fiction reader. The Service lets users browse curated story worlds, choose roles and openings, continue story lines with AI-generated text, branch from earlier turns, manage credits, use subscriptions or other in-app purchases where available, and submit creator materials for review where creator features are available.

Arctale is a fiction and entertainment service. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, repetitive, unavailable, or inconsistent. We do not promise that AI output will be accurate, unique, continuous, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
