Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Official Arctale answers about credits, successful generation charges, subscriptions, token packs, restoring App Store purchases, refunds, and balance support.

What are credits?

Credits are Arctale's in-app balance for AI generation and related product features. A successful generation uses one credit; failed or cancelled generation does not consume a credit.

Subscriptions and token packs

Subscriptions provide the benefits shown in the purchase flow. Token packs add credits to the account balance and are separate from subscription entitlement.

Purchase support

Where App Store purchases are available, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple account. Apple handles App Store refunds and billing disputes; Arctale support can investigate account balance and entitlement sync.
